About You We are seeking individuals who have the following:Certificate III in Early Childhood EducationDiploma in Early Childhood EducationEnrolled or willing to be enrolled in a Certificate III of Early Childhood EducationYou will have the following skills and experience:Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children's wellbeing and learning.These are casual positions working varying hours across a number of centres - Bega, Eden, Candelo and Bemboka.The hourly remuneration package for this position commences at $38.71 gross per hour (inclusive of casual loading and superannuation), comprising of:$27.78 per hour base salary$6.94 per hour casual loading$3.99 per hour superannuationAdditional benefits for this position include:Additional allowances (as per the Award)Annual Award salary increases and performance reviews.Wellbeing Initiatives - Employee Assistance Program, LifeWorks App, social club, health monitoring and annual flu vaccinations.
