Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Assets & Technology Officer to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Engineering, Academic Division.
Looking for an energetic role that allows you to work with one of Queensland's leading universities? The Assets and Technology Office role provides specialist support, ensuring effective asset management of scientific equipment and IT hardware. The role is located in the Technical Services and Space Team, within the Faculty of Engineering. This role would suit and applicant with asset and technology management experience.

**What you need to succeed**
To thrive in this role, you will be someone who enjoys taking the initiative to provide excellent service and support across a broad range of activities each day.
You will demonstrate:
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in conjunction with at least three years' subsequent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in asset and technology management, ideally within a university or large organisational environment.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, critically evaluate systems and processes and work collaboratively in a complex and changing environment.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills to provide quality client service, including prompt and courteous client responses.
- Demonstrated experience in managing detailed information to a high degree of accuracy, comprehension, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the cultural development of a team to achieve outstanding, team-based results
