These areas combine dynamic commercial activity with a relaxed coastal lifestyle, making them ideal for professionals seeking both career development and work-life balance.This is a 9-month full-time contract, providing hands-on experience in a rapid-paced and supportive team environment.What we offer our team:Highly competitive remuneration package.Prioritise and plan your day.Career growth opportunities, with an extensive learning and development programStable and secure job opportunityAn opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled and renowned facilities management teams.Fully maintained Work Vehicle with fuel card and all tools of trade suppliedIn this role, you will effectively manage and lead your team to successfully deliver cleaning services for multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites.Your role will manage cleaning standards via Audit results, achieving contractual service level KPI's, meeting budgets and ensuring adherence to all OH&S; compliance requirements.Your key responsibilities will include:Training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S.Liaising; and communicating with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders.Escalating issues and concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and avoid downtime.Monitoring uniform, chemical and equipment inventory.Knowledge of cleaning contract management and rosteringTo be considered for this role:Minimum of 3 years' supervising experience with multiple site management.Competent with Ms Excel and technologyProven high level of customer service and management skillsDemonstrated problem solving, strong analytical and project management skillsProven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.If you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.City does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from Recruitment Agencies.
