As an experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, your communication and people management skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, adhere to statutory safety requirements and lead a maintenance team efficiently whilst limiting machine downtime.

Requirements:
Relevant Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate – Certificate III of Engineering Mechanical or Certificate III of Mobile Plant Technology
Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training (Obtained or in the Process of completing )
Minimum 3 Years in a supervisory position (Desirable)
Strong Communication and Leadership Style
Valid C class driver's license (HR Desirable)
Able to pass a full medical including a lab drug & alcohol
Able to provide a national police clearance (Within 3 months)
High Risk Work Licence (Desirable)
Working at Heights (Desirable)
Experience with AMT or similar Maintenance Management Systems
Responsibilities:
Leading a maintenance team
Providing technical support on a fleet of modern heavy mobile equipment
Building key stakeholder relationships with Clients
Asset Management and Parts Ordering
Maintenance Planning and Reporting
