About the Position
* A professional responsible for creating and qualifying potential business opportunities to assist in driving sales growth.
* This role reports directly to the Marketing Director, focusing on outbound sales activities, lead qualification, setting appointments, following up with prospects across the region, and maintaining a CRM system.
* The ideal candidate will engage with various stakeholders, including investors, developers, builders, and owner-occupiers, to build a pipeline for the sales team and ensure all opportunities are pursued.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into sales-ready opportunities.
* Research and gather information about decision-makers and projects.
* Conduct outreach efforts via phone and email to assess project needs and timelines.
* Maintain accurate CRM records through daily updates and consistent follow-up.
* Provide market insights and customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
* Support the handover of qualified opportunities to Project Consultants.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills.
