What this role is responsible for:
This role leads and supports marketing initiatives across assigned service portfolios. This role acts as the primary liaison with internal service teams, co-developing campaign briefs, coordinating delivery, and ensuring campaigns meet strategic objectives, accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns in collaboration with service teams.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Ensure brand consistency by coordinating processes that apply agreed brand principles and key messages throughout all campaign materials.
* Co-develop campaign briefs with service teams to ensure alignment with brand, audience needs, and accessibility standards.
* Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., designers, photographers, printers).
* Produce and distribute campaign metrics and reports, participating in analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Coordinate campaign marketing arrangements and administration with both internal and external customers.
* Maintain and improve campaign marketing systems and processes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies.
The experience we are looking for:
* Relevant experience in campaign marketing coordination.
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns at any one time.
* Understanding of data, metrics and analysis with the ability to produce reports.
* Knowledge of a range of contemporary marketing systems and tools.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder engagement role, ideally in a marketing or campaign context.
