We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy well-established fast-paced specialist Cardiology practice in Campbelltown.
The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. You will be flexible and work as part of a team and will work closely with the Practice Manager and Cardiologists to ensure a cohesive and efficient environment for our patients and their families. The ability to work in a busy environment as a team player as well as being able to multitask under pressure is imperative.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service including welcoming patients, collecting & entering patient details, answering telephone calls & enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing invoicing and receipting invoices
* Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
* Opening & closing the practice
* Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
* Maintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedure
Experience & Attributes
* Previous medical receptionist experience essential
* Ability to work well under pressure & multitask.
* Mature, diligent, and a proactive attitude
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Knowledge of Shexie is an advantage.
* Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Detail-orientated.
* Initiative, ambition & ownership.
* High standard of presentation.
