Job Title: Human Resources Officer
This role is responsible for providing specialist knowledge, advice and support across the full range of human resources functions.
* Coordinate and administer HR operations to ensure the effective delivery of services.
* Support recruitment, selection, onboarding and exit processes.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and documentation.
The successful candidate will be required to have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of three years' experience in a HR generalist role is also essential.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* A strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, procedures and relevant legislation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-developed analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
