We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team in a hands-on roll, assisting with all aspects/areas of the business. Someone who can provide excellent customer service, training staff and team development
* Train, coach, mentor and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service with strong leadership and communication skills
* Assist with staff rosters, recruitment, monitoring costs, labour efficiency and stock control & purchases to budget guidelines
* Ability to successfully work in all areas and jump in where needed
* Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety and workplace regulations
* Maintain high standards of food, beverage and venue presentation
* Drive revenue through service excellence, promotions and event management
* Liaise with suppliers, manage stock control and ordering
* Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
* Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays – venue open 5 days per week
* Current RSA, good bar & cocktail skills

Key responsibilities include:
· Leading, mentoring, training and developing the front-of-house team to deliver consistently high service standards
· Assist with day-to-day restaurant, bar & function operations, including service flow, presentation and guest experience
· Assist Recruiting, rostering and managing staff to suit business needs and peak periods
· Ensuring all staff are trained, inducted and confident in delivering a consistent, high-quality hospitality experience, with ongoing training and coaching to continuously lift service standards
