* Attractive salary from $194,088 plus 14.75% superannuation for a 40-hour work week

The Opportunity
As our Financial Partner, your core objective is to provide trusted, data-driven financial insights that enable informed strategic and operational decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing, managing, and delivering accurate budgets, forecasts and financial reporting that align with divisional and corporate objectives.
* Conducting detailed variance and trend analyses to highlight key drivers of financial performance and support data-led decision-making.
* Partnering with divisional executives to help them understand and respond to financial challenges, offering strategic advice and financial guidance.
* Translating complex financial data into actionable insights, tailored for a non-finance audience.
* Driving continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting, and systems, with a focus on business value and stakeholder needs.
This role sits within the Finance & Governance Division, as part of the Finance Strategy and Services Group, reporting to the Team Leader, Financial Partner.
Our team works closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and advice.
You'll bring strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
* Degree qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
