We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 10 month contract paying $28.50 - $40 p/h + Super. This role is located in St Leonards / WFH

We are currently seeking to appoint a Administration Officer with a leading NSW Government agency.
Key accountabilities include:
- Achieve and maintain up-to-date records, reports and database, ensuring that all required follow-up actions are undertaken through liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Senior Policy Analyst in developing an administrative support plan to successfully implement the scheme and associated Schedule of Fees.
- Monitor compliance of participating clients and businesses with all mandatory requirements identified in the policy and procedures.
- Support the annual review and update of the schedule of fees, web-based administration system user manuals and other relevant documentation.
- Write and follow up accurate correspondence, reports, ministerial(s) and other documentation.
- Willingness to travel to alternative locations if and when required.
- Creation of agenda's and minute taking for various meetings.
**About You**
- Extensive administration experience and a relevant qualification or willingness to undertake.
- Demonstrated experience with computers and computer software packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, web-based systems and TRIM.
- Proven ability to complete complex tasks and the ability to assist with a change management process.
- Proven ability to work independently with limited direction or guidance, as an effective and efficient team member, demonstrating problem solving and work priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all documentation such as report writing, drafting complex correspondence for senior managers and data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external key stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
