About the Role
This is a hands-on, full time supervisory position. You'll be trained to our cleaning standards and will work alongside the team to maintain consistency and quality across all cleans.
While cleaning will remain a large part of your role, you'll also take on leadership and support responsibilities, including:
- Training and mentoring cleaners (major focus of the role)
- Checking and auditing cleans to ensure standards are met
- Running team meetings and supporting staff development
- Managing client communications, including feedback and general inquiry
- Helping with ordering and stock management
- Filling in for the Team Manager during leave
- Covering reception
- Leading initial cleans
- Supporting the team on the ground — cleaning alongside staff when needed
- The role will be based mainly in the Geelong area (North Geelong to Torquay), with some travel to Ocean Grove and Leopold.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (cleaning industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and cleaning standards
- A supportive, approachable leadership style with the ability to coach others
- Excellent communication skills for both staff and clients
- Reliable transport and license,
- Reliable smartphone and laptop
- Availability (Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm)
