**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a liaison between German clients and graphic designers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining studio calendars.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including archiving completed projects.
- Support graphic designers in creating and editing visual content, including photo editing and file preparation.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software (Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
- Professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a creative or design environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Project Management Softwares.
- Knowledge in French or Spanish is appreciated but not necessary.
