About the Role
We are seeking an HR/Training Administration Assistant on a casual 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support our HR and Training functions during a busy period. Working closely with a supportive team, you will provide accurate, well‑organised administrative support across a range of HR and training activities, while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role contributes to the smooth and consistent operation of HR and training processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees
* Update and reconcile training documentation
* Assist with scheduling and preparation of training activities
* Assist with scheduling and preparation of performance reviews
* Ensure that accurate records are maintained across both functions
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
