Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure the accuracy of records in relation to receipting/disbursing monies.
* Process accounts, invoices, outgoing and incoming courier deliveries.
* Provide administrative support to senior managers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong customer service focus.
* Previous experience in a reception or data entry role.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office products.
* Well‑developed interpersonal and written skills with the ability to communicate with a culturally diverse range of people.
* Demonstrated organisational and time‑management skills, including the ability to prioritise work.
* Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in roster management using an electronic roster system.
* Previous experience working with Procura.
* Previous experience working in the aged care sector.
