For over 37 years, Statewide Appliance Spares has been a leading national distributor of appliance spare parts and equipment for many domestic and commercial appliance brands.
Due to our continual business growth, we are seeking a reliable person to join our dedicated customer service team to fill a FULL TIME position from 8.30am to 5.00pm. (Total 38 hours plus 2 hours overtime per week)
The main purpose of the role is to efficiently interpret customer's enquiries and accurately process sales orders and effectively address any customer queries or issues. We will provide you with full system and process training, just bring your customer service skills.
**The main duties and responsibilities for this role include**:
- Efficiently conduct spare parts identification and interpretation.
- Effectively communicate price and availability.
- Accurate computer data entry of orders.
- Provide backup support for other business activities.
**The successful person will have the following;**
- Sound experience in a call centre, customer service and/or administration.
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
- Be reliable, flexible and eager to learn new skills.
- Possess competent skills in using computers for data entry.
- Display professional and confident communication skills.
- Be able to follow processes and procedures.
