An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to join a highly respected structural consultancy based on Sydney's North Shore, with a genuine pathway toward Associate level within the next 6 to 12 months.
This is not simply another senior engineering role.
* The business is looking to invest in somebody who can progressively step into a future leadership position as the consultancy continues to evolve and strengthen its long-term succession plans.
* You will work alongside highly experienced Directors on a broad range of commercial and complex building structures projects, while also gaining increased exposure to client management, project leadership and commercial decision-making.
* This opportunity would suit somebody who enjoys combining strong technical capability with communication, leadership and relationship management skills.

What We're Looking For
* Approximately 6+ years' structural consulting experience
* Strong background across building structures projects
* Experience using ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM and/or RAPT
* Ability to communicate confidently with clients, architects and contractors
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Leadership capability or desire to step into leadership
* Commercial awareness and project coordination ability
* Ambition to grow into a long-term senior leadership role
