Job Overview
The Radiographer in Charge plays a pivotal role in the operational delivery of medical imaging services, reporting to the Managing Radiologist and adhering to Queensland X-ray operational requirements.
To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Strong motivational abilities, decision-making, planning, initiative, and conflict resolution skills are also essential.
* Provide leadership guidance to the Medical Imaging team, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, established practices, and company-wide protocols and policies.
* Collaborate with practice leaders across Toowoomba and QXR wide to guarantee effective service delivery and enhance quality outcomes.
* Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to ensure the provision of high-quality Medical Imaging services.
* Deliver advanced-level medical imaging clinical services.
* Foster a workplace culture that aligns with the organization's core values.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, and the ability to coach others to do the same.
They will also have advanced-level clinical skills in general radiography and CT, with experience in MRI preferred.
