Job Title: Financial Director
This is a key leadership position that oversees the financial operations of an organization. The Financial Director will be responsible for leading and managing the finance team, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with IFRS and Australian standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial management, reporting, and analytical skills, with experience in managing finance teams and improving processes. They will also have excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as well as a proactive, hands-on approach to working in a dynamic environment.

* Deliver financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
* Ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage tax compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Oversee cash flow, working capital, and rolling cash flow forecasts.
* Support global financing activities and financial modeling.
* Coordinate internal and external audits.
