Due to increased work load, we have vacancies for experienced road train drivers to join our business here in WA on a casual and part time basis. With highly competitive wages and a variety of other specialized tanker work on offer, we are looking for team oriented operators to join our growing transport operation.
About the role
Drivers are required to load, transport and unload bulk products to a variety of destinations
Driving double and triple road trains.
Perth Based
Modern, well maintained fleet.
Casual and Part time positions available.
Potential to convert to full time for suitable candidates.
Both day, overnight and multiple night away trips available.
Skills and Experience
Previous on road experience operating multi trailer combinations
Must be able to drive a road ranger.
Experience with different types of trailing equipment desirable but not essential - we can provide full training.
Must complete a pre-employment medical.
Provide a safe driving history record.
Dangerous goods license and Dangerous Goods Security card are desirable but not essential. We will upskill suitable candidate
Additional Criteria
Driver able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Ability to operate in a professional and safe manner.
Must follow company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.
Professional presentation and meticulous about fleet presentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude
