Great part-time opportunity (potential for full-time in future)

We're seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to join our multicultural team based in South Penrith, on a part-time basis (likely 3 days per week), with the possibility of full-time work in the future.

With over 60 years' experience in creating distinctive smallgoods produce, we at Montecatini have an enormous passion for using true and authentic Italian curing methods. However, we do not stop there as we continue to explore new and exciting ingredients to keep your taste buds dancing and the magic of our artisan traditions alive.

**The Opportunity**

You'll be responsible for managing highly confidential documentation and information, so discretion and high degrees of professionalism are a must. Previous experience supervising others will be well regarded.

This diverse position is ideal for someone seeking variety in their role. Your discretion, your commitment plus a willingness to learn will see you succeed within this small family-owned business.

You'll need to have a good sense of time management, which means you are able to manage a range of tasks and execute time sensitive deadlines. You'll be tech-savvy and comfortable using a range of computer programs including MYOB and Microsoft Office suite (experience with Xero would be well-regarded).

Ideally, you will have formal qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping, though this is not essential. You will be familiar with generating invoices, receipts, reconciling customer accounts and maintaining other bookkeeping records. You will have demonstrated experience in processing payroll and good attention to detail for actioning other administrative tasks like Courier Manifests and responding to customer enquiries.
