Job Description
The Customer Success Manager is a strategic role that involves working closely with Ingram Micro Cloud partners to ensure their success in generating recurring revenue, retention, and utilizing time-saving technology.
As a key member of the team, you will have a strong technical acumen and proven customer engagement history. You will be responsible for building relationships with assigned customers and developing proactive business strategies to retain and grow recurring revenues.
* Serve as the cloud business expert and main point of contact for vendor offerings
* Build relationships with assigned customers and develop proactive business strategies to retain and grow recurring revenues
* Manage subscription/end-customer retention, renewal, and up-sell rates
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, customer experience or project management
* Strong technical acumen and proven customer engagement history
* Experience managing multiple accounts within a territory
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
