Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned civil engineer to lead the delivery of our civil infrastructure projects.
As a Civil Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program performance, including project planning, coordination, and successful delivery. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, discipline leads, and project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects
* Developing and implementing business strategies aligned with Tonkin's strategic direction
* Monitoring and reporting on project delivery performance, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
* Fostering a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability across all delivery teams
The ideal candidate will have:
* *****+ years of experience in civil engineering across infrastructure projects
* Chartered status (MIEAust, CPEng)
* Demonstrated experience leading teams in a local consultancy or engineering environment
You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style that builds trust, capability, and engagement.
