OverviewSTAR SCAFFOLDS is seeking an experienced Scaffold Leading Hands and Labourers to join our energetic team in Gold Coast, working from our Burleigh Heads Office.As a Leading Hand or Labourer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our scaffolding projects around the Gold Coast region.
We are eager to welcome Qualified Scaffolders of all experience levels to the team and are also keen to hear from those ready to step up into Leading Hand roles.
ResponsibilitiesLead on-site operations for scaffolding projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.Guide less experienced crew members and uphold safety and productivity standards.Qualifications and RequirementsScaffold Basic (essential)Construction Induction Card (White Card)Current valid unrestricted driver's licenceMR/HR Truck Licence (highly favorable)Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plansWhat we offerWeekly payCompetitive salary with a Leading Hand incentiveComprehensive training and development opportunitiesCareer advancement within the companyWe're seeking a motivated and confident Scaffolder with the drive to lead onsite, guide less experienced crew members, and set a high standard for safety and productivity.
