Your role: We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Territory Manager to join our team and lead a well-established, high-potential region in Northern Victoria. You can be based in any major regional town within the area, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape growth and build meaningful relationships with painters, store owners, and trade partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and thrives on connecting with others. You’ll be responsible for managing store networks, supporting sales, and identifying new opportunities to grow our market presence. You’ll bring initiative, a hands-on approach to customer engagement, and a strong understanding of the paint industry. Occasional travel, including overnight stays (around once a month), will help you stay connected and provide the best support across your territory.
