Resales Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Resales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the resale process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide market appraisals to homeowners considering selling.
* Preparation and distribution of all legal documents, reports, and information kits.
* Mine the database to generate potential home buyer leads.
* Maintain relationships within the communities to ensure we are the first choice for resales.
* Host and present Home Buyer and Homeowner information sessions to generate new listings and buyer waitlists.
* Build relationships with potential home buyers to increase return visits to our communities.
Requirements:
* A strong background in sales, preferably in the land lease or retirement living sector.
* Knowledge of legal processes, statutory, and regulatory framework relating to sales and resales of manufactured homes.
* Experience building strong customer relationships and liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Ability to gather knowledge of industry competitors, products, pricing structures.
* Naturally driven to achieve results.
* Proficient computer and database management skills.
* Hold a clean full driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
