We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis in Morisset.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.

You'll manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide essential administrative support to ensure our clients receive the service and equipment they need.

This is a fast-paced, varied role that suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly to enquiries
* Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives and service technicians
* Process orders and prepare customer quotes
* Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
About You
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
