**What we are looking for**:
- STEM qualifications or equivalent experience
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- 5+ years' experience in mining, construction, training, technology, or IoT
- Experience in civil construction, survey practices, or training (desirable)
- Familiarity with automation, IoT, or IIoT (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability in training and assessment with an agile approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Customer-focused, with strong internal relationship skills
- Professional, adaptable, and cooperative
- Flexible with travel
