About the role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Employer Solutions Specialist, you will act as the central integration point, providing account management support to Queensland Government and private default employer payrolls. This includes assisting with contribution submissions and supporting employers through legislative and technical changes.
You will be responsible for delivering training to default employers on the Employer Direct clearing house, overseeing product management of the platform, and providing subject matter expertise on employer arrangements and technology requirements to key stakeholders.
The role also serves as an escalation point for employer solution and systemrelated queries and issues, as well as managing vendor relationships with thirdparty partners.
Day to day, you'll:
* Support external employer payrolls, internal stakeholders, and teams with technical relationship management for superannuation contribution submissions.
* Apply strong due diligence and risk management across employer payroll and vendor relationships.
* Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless employer technology experience.
* Leverage industry expertise to develop an innovation roadmap that improves the employer experience, with a focus on Employer Direct.
* Maintain and update documentation, workflows, processes, and procedures as required.

About you

* Demonstrated face to face relationship management experience with a broad span of employer contacts to maintain service and resolve issues.
* Proven presentation, negotiation, influencing and communication skills (verbal and written) to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of superannuation industry legislation, regulations and IT systems, platforms, navigation, and functionality to support the provisions of clearing house services.
* Demonstrated experience to problem-solve and devise and implement solutions based on relevant risks and mitigations.
* Demonstrated experience in gathering, analysing, interpreting synthesising information to draw sound conclusions and make recommendations.
* Manage client reporting and external client communications.
