About the Role 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Administration Assistant to join our head office on a casual basis. You will need to be proficient in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook) and able to deal with the public in a friendly and professional manner. 
Duties 
Phone and reception enquiries 
Responding to emails 
Photocopying, scanning and filing 
Maintenance of databases 
Matching and checking dockets to statements 
Preparation of correspondence and documents 
Assisting with Human Resources 
Liaising with other staff 
Assisting staff and other tasks as required 
Approximately four hours per day, 16 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary depending on workload. 
Selection Criteria 
Proficiency in use of Microsoft programs 
Experience in dealing with the public 
Experience in office administration 
Capacity to work in a small team 
Attention to detail 
Experience working in the construction industry 
Pleasant and positive attitude 
Williness to help other staff
