Senior Property Officer Role
This is a permanent full-time position within the Acquisition and Disposal team in the Property Services directorate.
* The Senior Property Officer will play a key role in supporting the strategic development and management of property, land and other asset management functions for the Department on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
* Experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, problem solving and communication to achieve effective outcomes within a real estate context is required.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders are essential.
