Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House Team in North Sydney. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all customers and represent the organization to all external visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain security passes and cupboards, ensuring they are securely locked away
* Monitor equipment and keys loaned out
* Manage Light Beverage Services
* Meetings room reservations for the client and remote offices where required
* Register visitors & staff using designated management system
* Work closely with security teams to ensure people & building safety
* Complete daily administration duties
* Manage bookings for all meeting spaces
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a Reception/customer services role
* Well-developed organisational skills and a team-based approach to your work
* Proven experience in Reception/ front desk customer service
* High standard of personal presentation
* Must be PR qualified
