About the RoleThey are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team and play a hands-on role in the delivery of high-end custom builds.
This role will suit someone who is ambitious, professional in presentation, and eager to progress into a Foreman position.
Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality carpentry works across luxury residential projects Work closely with Site Managers and Foremen to ensure smooth project delivery Assist with supervising trades and subcontractors as required Maintain strong site safety standards and a professional approach on site About You Trade qualified Carpenter with experience in high-end residential builds Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting standards Professional presentation and excellent communication skills Willing to travel across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs Ambitious and motivated to step into a Foreman role in the near future What's on Offer Salary $100K - $130K + Super (depending on experience) Opportunity to work on prestigious architectural homes in Sydney's most sought-after locations Clear pathway to progress into a Foreman role Join a supportive, well-established luxury builder with a strong pipeline of projects In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
