The Employee Relations Unit, part of People, Strategy & Governance, provides expert support across Townsville HHS. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality employee relations services, including reporting, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

About your opportunity
This is a Fixed Term Temporary Full-Time position for 12 months. You will support the Employee Relations Unit through coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across Townsville HHS.
Requirements
Advanced administrative and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of employee relations processes and systems.
