Executive Director of Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive strategic plans to enhance the organisation's presence and reputation
* Lead fundraising efforts, including major donor relationships and grant applications, to secure financial resources
* Oversee brand management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to foster positive connections
* Build partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and philanthropic donors to expand networks
* Lead a team of senior managers within growth and engagement, providing guidance and support for their development
* Contribute to executive decision-making and organisational strategic planning, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Strong tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as communications or business
* Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
* Extensive operational experience in philanthropic fundraising, including major gifts, grants, and partnership development
* Proven success in developing and delivering strategic engagement and partnership initiatives
* Demonstrated expertise in brand management, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and government/community engagement
* Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership and community partners
* Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities, applied in coaching and supervision frameworks
