We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Payroll Uplift Project—a critical initiative to optimise our payroll systems.As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, ensuring the uplift of our payroll platform is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage project governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.Please note this will be a fixed term project until December 2026.Key responsibilities include:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Payroll Uplift Project.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with change management and governance frameworks.
Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
About You:Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP or payroll system projects Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and enterprise systems (ideal but not essential) Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
