Technology Strategy & Advisory
* Act as the
primary technology advisor
for the client's telecom transformation roadmap.
* Align Infosys' capabilities with client priorities to deliver
business value through next-gen platforms and products
.
* Drive
platform thinking
—design modular, scalable architectures for OSS/BSS, network automation, and customer experience platforms.
Telecom-Specific Engineering Leadership
* Lead modernization of
OSS/BSS systems
,
network orchestration
, and
service assurance platforms
.
* Establish
best practices for software engineering
in telecom, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing for mission-critical systems.
* Enable
cloud-native adoption
,
API-first design
, and
microservices architecture
for telecom applications.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
* Introduce
Agentic AI

Advanced analytics

Intelligent automation
* Advise on
5G enablement
