Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for roles including:
* Payroll Administrators
* Payroll Officers
* Senior Payroll Officers
Key Responsibilities
* Processing payroll accurately and on time (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
* Supporting end-to-end payroll processing, including new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
* Maintaining and updating employee payroll records and payroll system data
* Providing payroll administration support, including timesheet processing, data entry, and documentation management
* Responding to employee payroll queries and supporting internal stakeholders
* Interpreting awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation where required
* Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and compliance requirements
* Supporting payroll audits, system updates, and process improvements
* Liaising with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data accuracy
About You / Qualifications
* Previous experience in a payroll-focused role
* Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
* Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, Preceda, Micropay, ADP, or similar
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Based in Perth with full Australian working rights
