Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Key Account Manager/Account Manager with account management, ensuring fulfillment of contract specifications and delivering high-quality services to meet client expectations.
* Expanding the use of IQVIA services to maintain revenue and maximize the use of our platforms.
* Supporting the rollout and adoption of client self-service tools, allocating cases effectively and providing regular updates to clients to ensure desired outcomes.
* Providing training and support to clients on the use of our web-based client self-service portal for managing data content.
* Researching, analyzing, and responding to complex client queries requiring in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and consumer health landscape.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field, and a minimum of two years of related work experience.
* Broad knowledge of the Consumer Health, Pharmacy, and Grocery landscape.
* Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to use tools and BI platforms to analyze data and address client queries.
* Broad knowledge of client service representative concepts, practices, and procedures.
* High levels of initiative, multitasking abilities, and demonstrated relationship-building skills.
