For Lihuko Pty Ltd, trading as Just4U, we provide a holistic approach to pain management and relaxation through acupuncture and therapeutic massage, including remedial, deep tissue and trigger point treatments, to support recovery from injury, medical conditions and general wellness. Our services also include soft-tissue manipulation of muscles, tendons and ligaments, client assessment and treatment planning.
We are currently seeking a full-time Massage Therapist to join our team, providing therapeutic and remedial massage, client assessment, treatment planning, wellness guidance, and complementary therapies, consistent with our holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Salary offered: AUD 77,000 plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide therapeutic massage and knead soft body tissues, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to support injury recovery, medical conditions, and general wellness.
· Perform remedial massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and techniques such as Chinese massage, Thai massage, Swedish massage, and Japanese massage for musculoskeletal conditions and lymphatic congestion.
· Train staff in these various massage techniques and other related aspects.
· Assess each client's physical condition and relevant medical history to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
· Provide advice on stretching, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques.
· Educate clients on self-care practices and promote overall health and wellbeing.
· Apply additional techniques such as acupressure and Shiatsu, and use complementary aids like infra-red lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils, and herbal or mineral therapies to assist recovery.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
What we require
· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the Massage therapy/Remedial Massage.
· At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed.
· Minimum of one year experience in the relevant field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
