We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join a Residential Engineering Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for coaching and managing the sales southern sales team throughout a territory Victoria, building relationships, and motivating the team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively mentor sales team to the company's selling method through regular training events, coaching 'ride-a-longs', and performance management where required.
- Set achievable, realistic, and stretch annual sales targets based on market factors / research.
- Plan and implement the required actions and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Work with the Regional Manager to review and implement streamlined systems and processes internally and externally for the company's clients.
- Work closely with the GE Management Team to identify, develop, and bring to market new and/or expanded service offerings for the company's clients.
- Working with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure smooth hand over of projects from sales to operations.
**Requirements**:
- A thorough understanding of the "sales" process and dynamics - 10years business and sales experience.
- Experience utilising and coaching behavioural sales techniques.
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of residential and commercial building, design and construction.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to drive results.
- Valid Drive license.
