About the Role
We seek compassionate and skilled Support Workers to deliver person-centred care and support to clients in their homes.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored support and care that meets their unique needs.
* Provide individualised support and care to clients, aligned with their care plans and preferences
* Assist with daily living tasks, transportation, respite, and social support
* Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and professionalism in all interactions
* Use first aid in emergency situations
* Maintain accurate records and report incidents/hazards
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently working towards it)
* A genuine passion for helping others with empathy and compassion
* Understanding of Consumer Directed and Person-Centred Care principles
* A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Driver's Licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured vehicle
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work independently
* Comfortable using mobile technology for work tasks
