We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* New client onboarding and briefing internal teams about new campaigns
* Facilitating campaign updates and working alongside the Account Management team
* Maintaining client notes and documents to ensure seamless workflows
* Identifying and implementing process improvements where applicable
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role (1 year minimum)
* Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) desirable
* Familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Manager
* Excellent communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face)
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
