We are seeking an Outbound Sales Professional to join our team, helping us build strong referral pipelines with Support Coordinators nationwide.
The ideal candidate is a true phone sales professional who thrives on targets, hates call reluctance, and feels energized making high-volume outbound calls. They will have a proven track record in outbound sales, with experience in B2B, recruitment, telemarketing, or outbound campaigns. They must be able to think on their feet, tailor their approach, and possess strong computer and data-entry skills. Experience in the NDIS or allied health sector would be beneficial but not essential.
