Procurement Leadership Opportunity
Developing and executing contracts is a critical function within our organization, ensuring timely delivery of commercial advice to support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute high-risk contracts.
* Providing guidance and shaping desired behaviors within the procurement team.
* Establishing benchmarks for performance and success.
* Overseeing tendering, negotiation, evaluation, and awarding of contracts to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
* Formal tertiary qualifications in a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior procurement position, preferably in the mining industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
