Team Leader Patient Support and Logistics

The Role:
The Patient Support & Logistics Team Lead is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and performance of the Patient Support and Logistics service stream. This role ensures the safe, timely, and efficient movement of patients, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital, as well as the effective management of waste, linen, and logistical support functions. The position promotes a positive and accountable workplace culture, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and continuous service improvement.
To be successful at this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff in a hospital, healthcare, or logistics/support services environment
* Understanding of infection control, OH&S, and hospital policy compliance
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in a public hospital or large healthcare service
This position is remunerated at an Administration Officer Grade 2 (HS2) under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
