Forest Lake State High School is seeking a dedicated, professional to work with teachers, school leaders, community and industry to provide successful outcomes for senior students at our school. As Head of Department - Senior
Schooling you will have demonstrated skillsets in
high level data generation, analysis and collaborative use of tracking tools to support staff with intervention during the senior phase. Applicants require quality interpersonal skills to contribute to and manage teams, work with a
diverse range of people and reflect in cyclic work.
This is a temporary full-time position for Semester 1, 2026 unless otherwise determined.

* Build strong, collaborative partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and government agencies to support student success.
* Strategically manage departmental resources - human, financial, facilities, and curriculum - while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
