**The Role**
Some of the key duties of this role are:
- Have an understanding of proficiency requirements for the tri-services, and oversee pre
- course weapons, proficiency and security checks as well as personnel checks and data entry.
- Guide/assist the Operations Admin Clerks in the completion of their duties.
- Assist the processing of course Force Preparation attendees' professional development through Professional Development &Training management.
- Act as a civilian point of contact for APS staff and Contractors undertaking Force Preparation training, and enable external communications with key stakeholders.
- Book facilities required by 39 Operational Support Battalion (39 OSB) and assist other units in booking rooms, such as the Randwick Barracks Conference Centre and Lecture Rooms.
- Monitor the 39 OSB OPS inbox and action items as required.
- Oversee and raise Unit Facilities Service Requests, and liaise with other Unit cells with processing and progressing Estate and Infrastructure requests..
- Manage the 39 OSB websites.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Be a proponent of APS values and standards and promote the display of those qualities within all your peers
