The Role:
- Provide operational and professional leadership, direction and governance for Social Work Services.
- Lead the strategic planning, development and implementation of Social Work Services.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development of policies, procedures and clinical guidelines for Social Work Services.
You will need:
- Extensive practice expertise and experience as a Social Worker, knowledge of professional and clinical governance and a broad understanding of contemporary health service delivery issues.
- Proven high level management experience in an acute tertiary referral Social Work service.
- Proven ability to achieve outcomes, drive innovation and manage change.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Salary:
Allied Health Qualified Manager, Level 5, Grade 4, $158,635 to $160,625 per annum.

Eligibility:
- Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Full member of Australian Association of Social Workers.
