HR Advisor
This is a true HR generalist role covering talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, HR projects, policies and systems, and the employee experience.
As an HR Advisor at Parliament of Victoria, your HR service delivery aligns with the Parliament's organisational objectives. You build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice at both the strategic and operational levels.
In the role, you will join a team of HR Business Partners that lead innovation and change by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering strategic solutions.
Skills that set you apart
You have previous experience providing generalist HR advice and maintain a knowledge of contemporary HR and ER practices.
You think outside the box to deliver solutions and use your excellent communication skills to form meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
